Welcome to a new autumn term! Here we are at last, having relaunched our website and programme for the end of our fifth year we are looking forward to welcoming you and your needles into new projects.

The heat and distractions of a very long summer behind us, our workshop and events have something for everyone this autumn and we are celebrating five years of Wool Winders with an offer for children aged 8-14 to learn for free when accompanied by a full price adult on a learn to knit lesson. It has always been our belief that children should have access to handcrafts to improve dexterity, co-ordination and build confidence and knitting is one of those skills that can offer this.
