These (workshops) were my first experience at a knitting class - and I loved them! It felt like a real treat for me, and the classes, whilst being instructive, were relaxing and sociable. Frances & Alison are both patient, excellent teachers, and put you at ease. The handouts are great and a good reference to take home.
